On May 10, 2012, the Board of Directors of OJSC Mostotrest (hereinafter - Mostotrest or the Company) held a meeting in Moscow to consider issues pertaining to preparation of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting.
Mostotrest (hereinafter – MSTT or jointly with its subsidiaries Engtransstroy (ETS) and Transstroymekhanisatsiya (TSM) – Mostotrest, the Company or the Group) publishes its full year 2011 financial and operating results.
OJSC Mostotrest (“Mostotrest”), (MICEX-RTS ticker: MSTT) will announce its financial and operational results for the year ended December 31, 2011 on Monday, 16 April 2012.
United Toll Systems (UTS), a joint venture between Mostotrest and Kapsch TrafficCom Russia, will enter into a long-term operating contract with Avtodor State Company for repair, maintenance and toll-based operation of a segment of the M4 «Don» Highway. The 10-year contract will be structured with a 3-year extension option.
Mostotrest entered into a contract with Avtodor State Company for Phase 1 construction, maintenance, scheduled and capital repairs and toll-based operation of the km 258 – km 334 (Vyshny Volochek Bypass) segment of the Moscow – Saint Petersburg Highway (M11) in the Tver Region.
Transstroymekhanisatsiya (TSM, a Mostotrest subsidiary) has won an open tender for a construction and assembly contract under the Sheremetyevo International Airport Upgrade and Development Project (Stage 1). Valued in excess of RUB5.3 billion (VAT inclusive), the contract is scheduled for completion 18 months after signing.
Mostotrest has been granted the right to enter into a government contract to rebuild a traffic interchange at the intersection of Leningradskoye Avenue and the Moscow Ring Road (MRR), comprising the segment stretching from the existing bridge over the Canal of Moscow, with exits onto the MRR’s interior and exterior sides (Levoberezhny District, Northern Administrative District, Northern Tushino and Northwest Administrative District of Moscow).
Mostotrest and the State Company Russian Highways has signed a contract to rebuild Businovskaya Traffic Interchange in Northern Moscow (km 77+330 segment of the Moscow Ring Road).
According to the results of the government contract award process, Mostotrest has been awarded the government contract to rebuild a segment of M-11 Narva Highway (Ust-Luga Commercial Seaport access road running through the communities of Krestovo, Kotly and Koskolovo, between km 16 – km 40 in the Leningrad Region).
Mostotrest has entered into a government contract to rebuild a bridge over the Moscow River on Moscow's Smaller Ring Road (running through the communities of Iksha, Noginsk, Bronnitsa, Golitsyno and Istra). The bridge is located at km 25+591 of Moscow's Smaller Ring Road, in the town of Bronnitsa (Moscow Region), between Egoryevskoye and Ryazanskoye Avenues.
Transstroymekhanisatsiya (TSM, a Mostotrest subsidiary) has won the government tender for Phase 1 upgrade of M-9 Baltiya Highway.
In accordance with the results of an open tender, Engtransstroy (ETS) and the State Company Russian Highways have entered into the contract to rebuild the km 28 – km 32+500 segment of M-1 Belarus Highway in the Moscow Region.
